RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

TYPIC BAGS present the Return Policy and the Guarantee applicable to the purchase of products and/or services offered through the site www.typicbags.com (hereinafter, the "Site").

Before acquiring any product and/or service offered on the Site, you must carefully read this Policy and guarantee of return, the Terms and conditions of use, as well as the Privacy Notice (hereinafter, "Complementary Policies") that govern the same.

Access and/or use of the Site attributes the status of the User, so from that point of access and / or use is accepted this Policy of Returns and Guarantees, as well as other Complementary Policies, recognizing its mandatory and binding nature.

1. WARRANTY FOR PRODUCT MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

1.1 Term to make effective the warranty for manufacturing defects of the product (hereinafter, "Guarantee")

TYPIC BAGS may replace the User, free of charge, any product that has a defect that: (i) makes it unsuitable for its intended use, (ii) reduces its quality or the possibility of its use, or (iii) does not offer the security that, given its nature, is normally expected from it and its reasonable use.

Taking into account the nature of the product purchased, the User will have a period of one month (1 month), counted from which the product was delivered, to inform TYPIC BAGS of its lack of conformity with it and thus make effective the product guarantee. .

The Guarantee of the products that have manufacturing defects in it, will not suppose any additional expense for the User. The foregoing provided that: (i) the User notifies TYPIC BAGS of its lack of conformity with the product, and (ii) TYPIC BAGS deems it appropriate to make the Guarantee effective because there is evidently a defect in the product.

1.2 Conditions to make the Guarantee effective.

To formalize the Guarantee, the User must contact TYPIC BAGS within the term referred to in number 1.1 above, at info@typicbags.com, as follows: (i) indicate the product or products covered by the Guarantee, ( ii) Attach a photograph of them in which their defects are clearly noted; and (iii) detail a list of the defects appreciated.

Once TYPIC BAGS has received the User's communication in the manner detailed in the previous paragraph, it will inform you within three (3) to five (5) business days if the Guarantee is appropriate or not. In the event that TYPIC BAGS considers that there is indeed a defect in the product, the User will have the possibility that the product initially acquired will be returned by one of identical characteristics, unless this option is materially impossible or disproportionate for TYPIC BAGS.

In the event that for reasons of lack of merchandise, the return and consequent delivery of another product with identical characteristics could not proceed, the User in accordance with the foregoing, may choose to: (i) request the shipment of another product of similar characteristics, as long as the price is not greater than the price of the product initially acquired (without implying the return of the product by the User), or (ii) the return of the price paid for the product.

The delivery of the product of identical or similar characteristics that the User has chosen, as appropriate, will be made within the next twenty (20) calendar days counted from the date on which TYPIC BAGS communicates to the User the origin of the Replacement.

The shipment (by virtue of the substitution of the product either by one of identical or similar characteristics) or the refund of the price paid for the product, will not imply additional expenses for the User.

2. RETURN OF THE PRICE PAID FOR PRODUCT MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

The User may opt for the return of the price paid for manufacturing defects of the product (hereinafter the "Refund"), that is, the termination of the Contract, when: a) the product has a defect that: (i) makes it unfit for the use to which it is habitually intended, (ii) diminish its quality or the possibility of its use, or (iii) it does not offer the security that, given its nature, is normally expected of it and its reasonable use; or b) for reasons of lack of merchandise, there could not be a replacement and consequent shipment of another product with identical characteristics.

To formalize the Refund, the User must contact TYPIC BAGS within the period referred to in number 1.1 above, by email info@typicbags.com as follows: (i) indicate the product or products subject to the Refund, (ii) ) Attach a photograph of them in which their defects are clearly noted; and (iii) detail a list of the defects appreciated.

Once TYPIC BAGS has received the communication from the User in the manner detailed in the previous paragraph, it will inform you within three (3) to five (5) business days if the Return is appropriate or not. In the event that TYPIC BAGS deems that there is indeed a defect in the same, will carry out the refund of the entire amount paid by the User in the purchase of the product or defective products (including shipping costs).

The term of TYPIC BAGS to make the return of the amounts paid by the User will depend on the payment method that would have been used at the time of purchasing the product.

The foregoing shall be subject to the following:

(i) If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, TYPIC BAGS will refund the amount paid within fourteen (14) calendar days after the User opts for the Refund.

(ii) If the User has made the payment through PayPal, TYPIC BAGS will refund the amount paid within a period of twenty-four to forty-eight hours since the User opted for the Return.

The foregoing is subject to the procedures that each Bank and / or PayPal apply.

3. PRODUCT CHANGE POLICY

TYPIC BAGS does not admit the exchange between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.
